7. Bullying His Bully
Childhood bullies usually remain buried in one’s past, but not for Eminem. After hearing Shady’s song “Brain Damage,” which details Mathers’s absurd experience with bullies in high school, DeAngelo Bailey (a sanitation worker and Eminem’s bully in question) sued the rapper for a million dollars for defamation.
The judge ruled the case in Eminem’s favor, stating that the song’s lyrics were clearly exaggerated for effect.
