When Conan left Late Night to move up to The Tonight Show, he took an ax to the Late Night set. He wasn’t angry about leaving, he was just looking to hand out some souvenirs. He smashed the railing behind his desk and started handing out pieces of the set to lucky members of his final studio audience.
