8. He Knows How To Filibuster
In December 2010, Bernie held a filibuster where he spoke for eight straight hours on the Senate floor in an attempt to stop tax cuts for the top two percent. The speech he gave was eventually transcribed and published as a book, the proceeds of which Bernie donated to charity.
