Game of Thrones Cast and Coldplay Join Forces to Create a Musical

Anything Game of Thrones related always gets our attention – so we knew we we had to share the news when we heard that Coldplay and cast members of Game of Thrones are putting a musical sketch together. The program is set to be part of the NBC’s Red Nose Day special; it airs on Thursday, May 21st at 8 p.m.

The Red Nose Day is constructed in the UK to raise money for the children living in poverty and it is the first time that they are getting involved in the United States – Will Ferrell, Julia Roberts, and Jennifer Aniston are also set to make appearances on the 3 hour program.

A trailer for the musical has been published and it is surely going to get every Game of Thrones fan excited; the clip is posted below.

In the video, Dinklage sings, “Remember Ned Stark? He was a lot of fun, but he didn’t make it past season one. Robert Baratheon was part of that crew, but he never made it to season two. The King of the North was cool, you said. Another favorite that ended up dead. You thought that Joffrey had to survive — he ain’t in the credits for season five;” seriously – truer words have never been spoken. We are super excited for this and Thursday 8 p.m. could not come any faster!
