That’s right: In March of 2012, Kourtney and two of her sisters were taken to court in a $5 million lawsuit due to their work with QuickTrim. Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian were accused of deceptive marketing in a suit brought forward by plaintiffs from several states. The lawsuit was dismissed when a settlement was reached.
