10. Looking At An Early Retirement
“My job is to retire at 35. Retire young and enjoy my damn life,” Wayne told a reporter. He’ll turn 35 this September. Only time will tell whether we’ll see a Birdman reunion and a settlement in Weezy’s lawsuit. Until then, Wayne has continued to record features with artists including Curren$y, Chance The Rapper, 2 Chainz, Tyler, The Creator, and many more.
He once said that he earns around $100,000 for a feature, so it’s safe to say that he’ll be fine.
