Vermont

Although there is no bill on the ballot for legalization of marijuana in Vermont for the upcoming primary elections, Vermont is easily one of the front runners of the cause. Vermont, already a state that offers medical marijuana, also decriminalized it in 2013. Interestingly, the politicians in-charge in Vermont (i.e. Gov. Peter Shumlin) are in favor of exploring ideas to reform the situation.
