Since I became addicted to “proper” oranges (the sort you can get when you’re in Portugal/Spain that taste so much nicer), I’ve lost nearly 1 stone in 2 months without actually doing very much else other than walking more. I have now restricted my orange intake from 4 per day to 2 per day as the not unwelcome side effect of having an efficient intestinal transit can strike with not a lot of notice. 2 per day manages things nicely, thank you!

    BTW I make scrambled egg in the microwave (no fat) using one egg, some egg white (which you can buy in a carton), skimmed milk and ham. 🙂

  66. 1) Sure these foods really do the trick. I once had 2 cups of coffee in the morning. I was going on a 4-6 hour trip so I did not eat breakfast because I might throw-up or look for a toilet (in the bus?).
    Since I could not eat with out triggering a possible discharge, I did not have lunch. I reached my destination at 6 pm past. Dinner was still being prepared and I still did not feel hunger pangs.
    2) A doctor once said hunger fangs last 10 minutes. So you have that much time not to give in to your cravings. If you can not really take it munch on a small sachet of nuts.
    3) Join a Mix Martial Arts Training Program.
    4) Mind over Matter (in this case it is food). Keep your mind busy elsewhere like studying for the board exams or go to school (any school / or training class). Get use to eating small portions. Avoid daily intake of salt, salty foods, soy sauce, sweets, sugar, unhealthy frying oil, salad dressing except vinegar and olive oil, cream. Do not eat fat of beef. Eat fat of pork and chicken skin once a month.
    5) Start easy and advance. Lift Weights. Run 7.5 km/h for 3o minutes. Do 100 sit-ups. All Activities for 2-3 times a week.
    6) You may not believe it but in the gym I see women about 60 years old lifting barbells.

  80. Thanks to this blog. I keep on tabbing this though I found this useful for health issues. I have a great problem with my hubby. He eats too much like 6 times a day (breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, and midnight snacks) this results to make him a diabetic one at the age of 24 which makes his eyes blurry. Even doing stable exercises makes him worst hence it will take him to starved and eat more and more after. I don’t know if what else I can help with him though he is not afraid instead.
