3. He’s Always Had Trouble With Media
Spicer went to Connecticut College from 1989 to 1993, where he was (predictably) a student senator and a government major. Dude had a seriously one-track mind.
Just before he graduated, the student newspaper ran an article in which Spicer was referred to as “Sean Sphincter.” Rather than rolling with the punch, Spicer submitted an angry complaint and then followed up with a push for punitive action. Naturally, the student papers latched on and kept up the teasing.
Maybe that’s why he hates the media so much?
