He doesn’t talk like he’s a master of anything, but nonetheless, he has an M.A. in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
You would think a master of strategy wouldn’t bring up Hitler in a press briefing unprompted, right? Maybe his plays are just so high-level that they’re beyond our comprehension. Who knows?
