#8 Bullet Ant
Mostly common in Nicaragua, Honduras, and Paraguay, the Bullet Ant is famous for its sting which is ranked the highest in pain index of all insects; many claim that the sting is as harsh as being shot by a gun, hence the name. The pain lasts about 24 hours.
